As part of the ongoing collaboration with Municipal Works Australia, I developed the 2026 edition of the Mentoring Program Guide — a key resource for one of the association’s flagship professional development initiatives.
The guide is designed to present the program’s structure, benefits, and participation details in a clear and visually engaging format, reflecting the credibility and professionalism of MWA.
What Was Done
Layout & Structure
Created a clean, structured layout that balances informative content with visual appeal
Organised program information into easy-to-navigate sections: objectives, eligibility, mentor and participant profiles, timelines, and application process
Used visual hierarchy to guide readers through the document
Visual Identity
Applied MWA’s established brand guidelines consistently across all pages
Incorporated colour-coded sections to differentiate content types while maintaining cohesion
Used photography and graphic elements to add warmth and engagement
Production & Delivery
Prepared print-ready files with all technical specifications (bleed, colour profiles, resolution)
Ensured the document is suitable for both professional printing and digital distribution
Delivered source files allowing the client to make future updates if needed
The Value
This guide is more than a brochure — it’s a reflection of MWA’s commitment to professional development and its members. By maintaining visual consistency with the broader brand identity, the guide reinforces the association’s reputation for quality and reliability.
