Mid-2026 brought a full visual revision of the Mentoring Program Guide, moving away from the original's photography-led layout towards a text and typography-driven design. Imagery was replaced with a refined palette of charcoal, warm orange and soft neutrals, letting numbered sections, pull quotes and callout boxes carry the structure instead.
Content was reorganised around clear role definitions, mentor and mentee commitments, and practical guardrails such as the "three working rules" for giving feedback, making the guide easier to navigate as a stand-alone participant resource. Consistent formatting across callout boxes and numbered headers keeps longer sections readable without relying on photography.
Print-ready files were delivered to full technical specifications, suitable for both professional printing and digital distribution.
